Product Design
Lessons Learnt
I must say, the biggest lesson learnt in this project is that one can never predict how users are going to interact with a new product. A lot of time was spent drafting the initial designs. In the end, many of those designs had to be re-done, sometimes from the ground up.
What I would do differently
In my next design sprint, I would run to the users as fast as possible. I would have a general conversation around what type of information would be useful to users in helping them solve a problem. Once I have the key information they value, I would build everything else around serving them that as quickly as possible.
